Ek Villain: Her Love Story Mein Ek Hai is a 2014 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Shobha Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor under Balaji Motion Pictures.

About Ek Villain Returns:

Based on the screenplay by Tusshar Hiranandani and Milap Milan Zaveri, it stars Riteish Deshmukh, Sidharth Malhotra and Shraddha Kapoor.

The film tells the story of a young woman who is murdered by a serial killer and her husband tries to take revenge on the killer who killed his wife.

Malhotra and Deshmukh later reunited for the 2019 masala action Marjaavaan, in which Deshmukh’s performance was accompanied by him singing the award-winning song “Galiyan” from the Ek Villain soundtrack.

The film was produced on a budget of 39 crores and was a huge box office success, grossing over 100 crores domestically and 170 crores worldwide. The songs “Galiyan”, “Zoorat”, “Hamdard” became big hits.

It was released on 27 June 2014 to positive reviews from critics worldwide, who received praise for the subject matter, direction, screenplay and Deshmukh’s performance in his first negative role.

A sequel titled Ek Villain Returns starring Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria starring Arjun Kapoor and John Abraham was released in July 2022.

Flashback: Guru was a ruthless hitman who worked for Mafia boss Caesar, who raised and trained him to murder the idiots who murdered his parents.

Guru soon falls in love with Ayesha, an optimistic girl who dies of a terminal illness and they get married. Guru gives up his old life and takes up a job, while Ayesha is undergoing treatment and recovering in Mumbai.

A young woman, Ayesha Verma, is trying to leave a message for her husband, Guru Diwekar, when a masked man entering her house kills her by throwing her out of a window.

At her funeral, CBI agent Aditya Rathore explains that it is important to track down the killer or Guru will stage a killing spree.

When Guru is arrested for killing Debu, Debu’s mother refuses to testify against him, warning him that God will one day pay him for his crimes by causing him to lose his loved ones.

She learns that she is pregnant and decides to tell Guru in person when he returns from his interview but is murdered first.

After working as a clerk in T-Series and as an assistant director in Vikram Bhatt’s films Kasoor (2001), Awara Pagal Deewana (2002) and Footpath (2003), Suri went on to work with the moderately successful Zeher (2005).

Mohit Suri is an Indian film director. Born in the Bhatt family, he is best known for directing the films

Murder 2 (2011), the musical romance Aashiqui 2 (2013), and the romantic thrillers Awarapan (2007), Ek Villain (2014) and Malang (2020). He is married to Udita Goswami since 2013.

With this he made his directorial debut. Dan shot for films like Kalyug (2005), Woh Lamhe (2006), Awarapan (2007), Raaz: The Mystery Continues (2009) and Crook (2010).

This was followed by the hugely successful musical love stories Aashiqui 2 (2013) and Ek Villain (2014), the latter also being a revenge drama and entering the 100-crore club in India.

Suri’s success began when he unexpectedly won his psychological thriller Murder 2 (2011). It is one of the highest grossing Hindi films of 2011.

After the debacle of his much-anticipated drama Hamari Adhuri Kahani (2015) and Half Girlfriend (2017), he achieved critical and commercial success with the romantic suspense thriller.

He made his acting debut in 2009 with a supporting role in the television series Dharti Ka Veer Yoddha Prithviraj Chauhan, before assisting director Karan Johar in the 2010 film My Name is Khan. Her first leading role was in Johar’s youth film Student of the Year (2012).

Sidharth Malhotra (born January 16, 1985) is an Indian actor working in Hindi films. She started her career as a model but left to pursue an acting career.

Malhotra starred in commercially successful films such as Hasee Toh Phasee (2014), Ek Villain (2014) and Kapoor & Sons (2016). After a career slump, he received praise for his role as Vikram Batra in the war film Shershaah (2021).

Although he was successful, he decided to quit after four years because he was dissatisfied with the job.

Malhotra was born and brought up in Delhi, India, in a Punjabi-Hindu family, to Sunil, a former merchant sea captain, and Rimma Malhotra, a housewife.

He attended Don Bosco School and Naval Public School in Delhi and graduated from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi. She started modeling at the age of 18.

Malhotra had his first acting role in the 2009 TV series Dharti Ka Veer Yoddha Prithviraj Chauhan, in which he played the minor role of Jaichand. Interested in further acting career, he successfully auditioned for a film directed by Anubhav Sinha.

However, the film was shelved, following which he worked as an assistant director to Karan Johar in the 2010 film My Name is Khan.

Finally, she made her acting debut in 2012 in Johar’s teen drama Student of the Year, co-starring Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt.

He was cast as Abhimanyu Singh, a scholarship student with limited funds, who competes with his best friend Rohan Nanda (Dhawan) to win an annual school championship. CNN-IBN film critic Rajeev Masand considered her performance “serious”, and said that she had “a pleasant presence”.

It got a good rotten tomato rating as it is one of the sequels of Ek villain by Siddharth Manhotra itself. Fans really this movie as it was a good combination of action and romance and thrill part which fans really like.

the best part of the movie was its ending and the screen play which keeps the audience attached to the cinema screen that is why it earns more than compared to its first part
