IPC Section 363. What do you mean by IPC section 363 and what punishment you might get under this section.
Under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, a person who abducts anyone from India or under the care of a legal guardian is punishable by imprisonment for up to seven years and is also liable to a fine. is also punishable.

kidnapping, also spelled kidnaping, criminal offense consisting of the unlawful taking and carrying away of a person by force or fraud or the unlawful seizure and detention of a person against his will.
Crime committed:
Under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, a person who abducts anyone from India or under the care of a legal guardian.
Punishment to be received:
Punishable by imprisonment for up to seven years and is also liable to a fine.
Such crimes are not considered to be very serious crimes, but doing so is a crime by law, so such crimes should not be encouraged. By kidnapping someone that is a serious crime under Indian penal court
