IPC 154 in English (What is IPC Section 154)?

IIPC 154 (What is IPC Section 154) or punishment to be found in it.

To create a nuisance on the land of someone which is not your land. And some group gathered and spread disturbance or disorder on that land.

If someone is the owner of any land or claims to be the owner of that land and some people create nuisance on that land or do any illegal work, then the person who claims to be the owner or owner of that land.

One should immediately go to the nearest police station and lodge a complaint.

Which that group should move away from that and go somewhere else so that no illegal action can be done. Any non-group will not be able to occupy any place or the place you belong to if you make a complaint to your nearest police station in time.

If caught in such a crime, you will be fined from one thousand to five thousand. may have to pay or may be imprisoned for one month.

Crime committed:

To create a nuisance on the land of someone which is not your land. And some group gathered and spread disturbance or disorder on that land.

Punishment to be done:

It can be punishable with imprisonment for a month or a fine ranging from one thousand to five thousand.

It is a bailable offence. and is triable by the Magistrate. In this, collateral is easily available.

This crime is not excusable from the law.
