A Christmas Song!

Untitled design.png

This was posted on my personal Facebook by mother of two Zoe Singleton and I asked if I could share it on my blog as I knew you’d all appreciate it!

(to the tune of White Christmas)

I’m dreaming, of some sleep, for Christmas,

Just like the sleep I used to know,

With a house that glistens,

And children that listen,

And not, having to constantly use the word no!

(or “just wait”; “in a minute”, “when I’ve cleaned your sister’s bum”, etc)…

I’m dreaming, of some sleep, this Christmas,

With every snotty nose I wipe,

May my days be Prosecco-filled and bright,

And please, PLEASE let the nights not be so shite!

Merry Christmas all you sleep-deprived parents!! 😘 If anything, I hope it made you chuckle like it did me!

Thank you to Zoe for letting me share this ☺️
